I have used a Viberect X2 for several years. The Pro has much more deflection and at every frequency provides greater stimulation. Even at the lowest frequency it will produce an erection in 2-3 minutes when used perpendicular to the shaft. I have only had it for 12 days but at this point it has reduced my loss of sensitivity. One caution: do not over stimulate or it could condition your penis to the stimulation of the Pro.

Part 2 Of note, when I discontinued the use of the vacuum pump for a month, my symptoms started to return. I also noted that when I re-employed the vacuum pump that discomfort from the fibrosis returned and when I applied full vacuum for 5 minutes it caused an edema and I was not able to achieve the same length or girth that I had previously. It took me going to every two to three days gradually increasing the frequency, time and vacuum for about three weeks before I returned to my previous level. This seems to indicate to me that the fibrosis is still there but is mitigated by the use of the pump but continued use of the pump was necessary. My normal use is two days a week for 5 -10 minutes. This seems to keep the fibrosis in check and my length and girth under vacuum consistent.
Another problem that manifested itself was loss of penile sensation which caused anorgasmia. To address this, I had my doctor switch my PDE5-1 from Viagra to Cialis and then to 5 mg daily Cialis, which I take three times a week. At this point I got my fibrosis under control and between the vacuum pump and the Cialis my NPT erections for sex and NPT are both consistent.
I had been using a Viberect X2 twelve minutes morning and evening but ordered the Viberect Pro when it became available. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference. The Pro has more defection in its vibrations and provides much superior stimulation. This increased stimulation has “awakened” my penile nerves and has started to restore orgasmic feelings. (I have only had the Pro for 12 days). One thing I noticed with both the X2 and Pro is that the awakened penile nerves eliminated my urine leakage.
The Pro stimulates full hard erections even when used at the base of the penis at the lowest frequency for 2 minutes. These full hard erections help mitigate the fibrosis, although the Penis pump is still necessary. A caution: Do NOT over stimulate which can accustom your penis to only respond to the intense sensations of the Viberect which increases numbness and loss of sensation.
I have found that stimulating the perineum with the Ventral pad (the dorsal pad at the base of the penis) at max setting awakens the hidden part of the penis. Then at the lowest setting at the base of the penis and mid penis for two minutes each. (I avoid the tip of the penis to prevent loss of sensation.) If the stimulation feels too intense, I end the session, possibly coming back to those areas an hour or more later. I do this morning and before bed. The purpose is stimulation not ejaculation and I have noticed a stimulation feeling for hours after using the Viberect. I have also found that having the pads in parallel with the shaft on the base and mid penis is more effective.
The combination of the use of the Penis Pump, Cialis 5mg, and the Viberect Pro for me has been a holistic remedy for the six problems described above.

Part One : For Men in their later years several problems begin to manifest. Unfortunately, these symptoms are usually treated independently but are more effectively treated holistically.
• ED, and/or the lack of ability to maintain an erection.
• Loss or inconsistent Nocturnal penile tumescence
• Loss of sensation
• Anorgasmia
• Fibrosis of the corpora cavernosa
• Urine leakage
Usually, the first symptom that is noticed is ED which could be the inability to get an erection that is firm enough or the inability to complete intercourse due to the loss of an erection.
What most men do not notice is that the Nocturnal Penile Tumescence (NPT) had started to be less consistent and that the NPT erections were not as firm and that these symptoms had been occurring for a while.
As men age a loss of penile sensation is not uncommon. This loss of sensation could lead to Anorgasmia, which is separate from the ability to ejaculate.
Still later some might suffer from occasional urine leakage.
Unfortunately, doctors, even urologists, treat the symptoms of these problems independently instead of viewing the problems of the individual as a whole. This occurs because most of the time these symptoms manifest one by one over time.
With age it is normal for Fibrosis of the corpora cavernosa to take place. Many times, this DOES NOT manifest in Pyronine’s disease curvature. Patients should take note that IF with the return of full hard erections taking a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor (PDE5-I), IF there is any discomfort, it could be because of fibrosis. If the patient progresses to the need for an alpha-adrenoceptor antagonists (like Trimix) this slight discomfort could be more noticeable.
Possibly a better solution to ALL of these problems is a holistic approach. In the beginning, to address sexual disfunction a PDE5-1 medication usually restores function, but this should be viewed as a temporary solution. The next step should be to begin the use of a medically approved penis pump.
What this will do is stretch the penile tissues which reduces the effect of fibrosis. It needs to be a slow process, limiting time, frequency and vacuum pressure. Eventually I was able to get to daily, five minutes, at full vacuum about three times. I continued this for months until I noticed the use of the vacuum pump only produced slight discomfort and the increased length and girth under vacuum was consistent. One result of this is my erections with sex was more consistent and NPT was consistent, fuller and firmer. With this consistent stretching I was able to eliminate the effects of the fibrosis.
